Jackson Hole Restaurants and Catering Services, New York City was established in 1972 as an answer to the frozen hamburger patty. They wanted to create a unique concept which included the then unheard-of open kitchen so the customer could see his or her food being prepared. I live on 61street and there is a Jackson Hole on 64 street my order was routed to Jackson Hole (91st & Madison Ave) If I had known this I would have just called Jackson Hole, but where the order was being placed from was not shown until I paid for order then screens says Jackson Hole (91st & Madison Ave) will confirm your order. That is ridiculous! And when the burger arrived it was nice and cold. Anyhoo, Jackson Hole is number 5 on my top burgers in the city, but Seamless is dropping in my estimation.

I was craving a cheeseburger and ordered from Jackson Hole because of the decent reviews and $5 delivery minimum. Maybe they were having an off-day, but the ground beef used for my burger was clearly freezer-burnt, and the burger came medium-well, when I ordered medium rare. This kind of ruined the burger for me.

Quesadilla is not worth $2.00, much less then $10.00 they charge for it. Eggs were overcooked in the Mexican Burrito--entire burrito was wet on the bottom and falling apart. Delivery took 1h 20m--food was cold.

The burger was supposed to have marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. It only had the cheese. No sauce anywhere, even on the side. Then the lettuce and tomato were placed under the burger so that it made the bottom bun totally soggy and completely stuck to the veggie patty. I couldn't get the buns off of the veggie/cheese mush. I'm glad I ordered some BBQ sauce on the side because, otherwise, I would have had to eat the thing entirely dry (you know, except for the sogginess of the bread). The shake wasn't bad, but it was tiny for $5.50. I won't order from this place again, but I guess it was at least sort of edible so I'm not hungry any more.

It's the best! Alright, so the food here is little grubby looking, and the prices are a bit high for a diner, but the taste... yum! The burgers taste like candy; the frosteds are a drink from heaven! You can experiment here because almost everything tastes good, and it delivers really quickly too!

Our food looked like the delivery guy got caught in a tornado on the way to our apartment. It was a mess. At first we thought they sent us chili con carne and not the cheeseburgers we ordered. The burgers were room temperature at best, the fries refrigerator-cold. The Sante Fe burger was OK, but the Western burger was not good. How a burger smothered in barbecue sauce, onions, bacon and Monterrey Jack cheese can have no flavor is beyond me. Big disappointment overall.

I ordered the chicken with mushroom specialty platter. I got half a chicken breast in a huge bun with dry fries and was charged 13.25 even though the rest of the sandwiches were only 8 dollars. When I called to complain to Jackson Hole (I had thought I was ordering a platter of grilled chicken and mushrooms, not a greasy sandwich) they were very rude and completely unhelpful. Oh....and then I found a small black hair on top of the grilled chicken. Hm. think I will give it a pass next time. Especially if I am craving good food. I will never order from them again.

A bit expensive for the quality of the food, however, they do give you quite a lot of it. And I have found myself craving the burgers on hungover weekend days.

Huge Burger! The western burger is gigantic and is coated with onions and bbq sauce, delivery is super fast, there onion rings are great also, they actually arrived hot and crispy

My burger is came overcooked even though I ordered it medium-rare. The delivery time was very slow and by the time my food arrived it was not even lukewarm and the french fries & bun was very soggy. The portion size is generous.

delivery is extremely frustrating at this place. this is the third time it has taken over 45 minutes and the guy keeps acting annoyed when i call and saying it'll be a few minutesand then like 15 minutes later....

A huge disappointment! Awful,gross, disgusting, and all of the food was smashed and the soup spilled over everything. We are only 3 blocks away I can't imagine a further distance. Will never eat or order from there again.

I ordered a cheeseburger topped with mushrooms and onions, with sweet potato fries and lettuce/tomato. I was immediately turned off when I opened up my order because everything was in one container and none of the toppings were on the burger. All the mushrooms were piled on top of the fries and the burger was on top with soggy bread that was too small for the burger anyway. It was disgusting...everything was soggy. Its not as though it got soggy on the way over, I picked the order up and i'm only one block away. I really wanted to throw the whole thing out but didn't because I paid $15 for it. I will never order from here again.

Cheyenne salad with dressing mixed in was fantastic. Probably the best delivery order I've gotten so far in NYC - exactly what I was expecting and FAST. Price is decent as well.

Does not even deserve one star. Worse burger I have ever received. It was soggy and cold, stuck to the bread and everything seemed one mash of ingredients. Very poor service they provided. I rarely feel the need to complain like this, but this was enfuriating. Never again.

Absolutely awful food and an awful customer service. The guy at my door was rude and did not have a pen although he wanted me to sign for my delivery. The veggie burger was in 6 pieces and I couldn't piece it back together and there was more grease than it would take to fry my entire order of fries. DO NOT ORDER.

OMG! I dont know where to start. ok, ok so, I am new to the Upper East Side area in Manhattan. Didn't know where the spots were to eat, not many places take credit cards that are walking distance from me. So I was doing some internet searchs and came across seamless web, and read some reviews and found this places. I was like, nice they deliever, I'll take it. So i get the food and i am thinking to myself i am going to get just a regular burger and some fries.........WRONG! I open the package and i have this MASSIVE meat patty and well done fries! I didnt know where to start, i didnt know if i should get a fork and knive, or just shove my face in the dish! Well I did neither haha, I picked up the massive burger (i am not kidding it was so big it didnt fit in the bun, i couldnt get my mouth around the burger i had to take little bites here and there)....Once i bite into the burger though it was the best massive meat patty I have ever had, you could tell that it was freshly packed together with some herbs and spicys with chopped onions! OMG MAN WATERING MOUTH. The burger was so big that i had to break in quarters just to eat it. I will be a repeat customers!

Easily the worst buffalo wings I've had in ten years. They arrived completely shriveled, dry and tasteless. Even though there were eight wings there was only meat to match about three regular size ones. They did throw in two dipping sauces though: watery ranch dressing and what tasted like ketchup and cayenne pepper. I also ordered the nachos, which were actually worse. A layer of soggy tortilla chips, a layer of mild, white cheddar cheese, about two cans of cheap chili (tasted just like hormel), and oh yeah, about 30 pitted green olives. Revolting.

Wings were literally just bones...sauce wasn't even on them and the one on the side was horrible. (I can't believe there are actually wings I don't like!) The burger was not seasoned..barely any cheese. The chicken strips were really dry. All in all..not worth it. I could get better food at McDonalds.

This review is not regarding the quality of the food but the overall service. I would have appreciated more careful attention paid to the particulars of each of the items contained in the order to ensure total satisfaction because I was not totally satisfied. More specifically, there was one item for which a kaiser roll was indicated and yet was not received---and I was still charged the additional cost of the item.

I really wanted to like this place, so I had a go-to delivery spot in the neighborhood for burgers/wings, etc. Blondies and Luke's are great, but I wanted to try something new. I know that JH is known for their burgers; however, I saw that the wings were one of the most ordered dishes, so I got them and a house salad. The wings were fairly flavorless, soggy, small with bland hot sauce on the side. The blue cheese dressing (mainly mayo) was the worst I've ever had. The side salad was mainly onions, and the french dressing tasted like mayo and oil with very little ketchup. I am not sure how they could mess up the dressings so badly. Anyway, I don't think I'll be ordering or dining there, again. The one positive experience was the order took less than 20 minutes (I live 11 blocks away).

The New Yorker panini is not a panini by any stretch of the imagination. That's my fault, though, for making such a selection at a place like this. 1/5 The Western Chicken sandwich, on the other hand, was pretty good--lots of toppings, tender chicken, and tasty bread. 4/5

The service is generally good, although some deliveries do not conform with the order. For example, with respect to the last order I placed with this restaurant, one of the items delivered (baked potato with broccoli) did not match what I ordered (baked potato with bacon). Also there have been occasions where instructions have not been followed - items ordered lightly cooked come well done,

best place to order breakfast. got a yogurt parfait and it was delicious! they had just cut fresh bananas AND strawberries with just the right amount of yogurt and fruit. fresh squeezed oj. i am really picky too. fast delivery
